For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on underwear unless it’s faulty — but our 30-Day First Pair Guarantee covers your first pair if it doesn’t feel right.

If your first pair doesn’t fit or feel right, we’ll refund you. Just reach out to support@ruhn.co within 30 days and tell us why — your feedback helps us improve.
The guarantee covers one pair from your first pack.
Returns & Refunds
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Email support@ruhn.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Machine-wash cold, tumble dry low, and avoid fabric softeners or bleach — they can affect performance over time.
