Where do you ship from?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer standard international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and will appear at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Within Australia:

• Expedited shipping — 1–4 business days

International:
• Delivery times vary depending on location and customs

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

How do I find my size?

What if I order the wrong size?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on underwear unless it’s faulty — but our 30-Day First Pair Guarantee covers your first pair if it doesn’t feel right.

What if I ordered a 3-pack?

The guarantee covers one pair from your first pack.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

My item is faulty — what should I do?

Email support@ruhn.co with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

ruhn products are designed in Australia and made with trusted partners in China.

How should I wash my underwear?

Machine-wash cold, tumble dry low, and avoid fabric softeners or bleach — they can affect performance over time.

Prices display in your local currency where available. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
