We’re confident your first pair will fit, feel, and perform exactly as expected.
If it’s not quite right, let us know. We’ll help with sizing or refund your first pair.

This guarantee applies to your first pair from your first order only.
If you ordered a multi-pack, the guarantee covers the value of one pair from that pack. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Standard Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact support@ruhn.co within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. No return shipping costs apply.
